These terms address use of allfloridapermits.com and the customer messaging program operated by All Florida Permits, LLC. We are a private business, not a government agency. Our website describes permit preparation, submissions and permit-expediting coordination. Website information is general and is not a government determination or legal advice.
Submitting a form, sending a text or speaking with an automated receptionist requests team review. It does not by itself create a service engagement, confirm an appointment or authorize work. Scope, fees, timing and payment obligations are established in the applicable accepted proposal or service agreement. Those documents govern the engagement; these website terms do not add new charges or cancellation penalties.
Permit requirements, approvals and review times are determined by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee issuance or a particular completion date. A published menu does not confirm the scope or total cost for an individual project.
SMS Program and Consent
The ALL FLORIDA PERMITS CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS program provides two-way support, inquiry follow-ups, document requests, service updates, appointment notices where applicable and invoice notifications. Messages may use automated technology. By affirmatively opting in through a form or another documented consent process, you authorize texts for the purposes disclosed to the number you provide. Providing a phone number without opting in does not enroll you in this program.
Frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Texting is optional and consent is not a condition of purchasing services. These terms do not enroll you in promotional texts or another brand’s program.

After an opt-out, you may receive a final confirmation; further program texts will stop unless you opt in again. You can also request help or withdrawal of consent by calling 786-883-1883 or emailing legal@allfloridapermits.com. Necessary service communications can continue through another agreed channel. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Delivery and Appropriate Use
Text delivery can be delayed or fail because of network, device or carrier conditions; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use texts for emergencies or assume a message has been read before a filing or response deadline. Do not send payment-card details, Social Security numbers or passwords by text. Provide accurate information and do not use our website or messaging to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
Privacy and Changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling: https://allfloridapermits.com/privacy-policy/. We may update these terms prospectively, with additional notice or consent where required. Changes do not expand an existing SMS permission without the consent required for the new use.
